Re-treatment of root canal (from £595)

The patient was referred to Endo Elements to resolve chronic pain following failed root canal treatment by the GDP and subsequent failed apicectomy by an oral surgeon. Treatment undertaken:- Non-surgical root canal re-treatment and apical microsurgery of tooth 32.

Case Two

Complex molar tooth (From £695)

This patient was referred to Endo Elements for root canal treatment of a molar tooth with complex root canal morphology. Treatment undertaken:- Non-surgical root canal treatment of the lower left 1st molar (tooth 36) with working lengths ranging from 25mm to 27mm and non-surgical root canal treatment of the upper left 1st molar (tooth 26) with working lengths of 25mm to 26mm with a second mesiobuccal canal.

Case 3

Complex roots (from £695)

The patient was referred to Endo Elements for root canal treatment of a tooth with complex root morphology. Treatment undertaken:- Non-surgical root canal treatment of a tooth with macrodontia involving CBCT scan to assess root canal morphology.

Case 4

Retrieval of a separated instrument (From £850)

This patient was referred to Endo Elements for root canal retreatment of tooth 36 following episodes of chronic pain involving sleep disturbance. Treatment undertaken:- Root canal retreatment of tooth 36 with the retrieval of a separated instrument and two silver points.

Case 5

Immature open apex (From £595)

This patient was referred to Endo Elements following an episode of trauma to his upper central incisor many years ago. Radiographs showed a sizeable periapical radiolucency associated with the non-vital tooth 11, an immature open apex. The patient remained asymptomatic till a few weeks before his presentation to me. Treatment undertaken:- Non-surgical root canal treatment of an immature open apex with the placement of an MTA apical plug. Note the uprighting of teeth 11 and 12 after healing of the periapical pathology.
