I have had an excellent experience today with Jelena and her Team.She saw me after a complication with a root canal treatment that sadly didn't fully resolve an infection.She took time to explain to me all the potential outcomes of her assessment of my problem and then the options available to me to address the problems and treat itShe was incredibly gentle and took time throughout my treatment to ensure I was comfortable and explained to me as she performed the treatment what I may experience in terms of sensations, sensitivity etc.The treatment was painless and I am very hopeful will resolve the problems I've been experiencing.I have a follow up on the 15th January with her to complete the treatment but I can honestly say that just a few hours since being treated I'm already feeling more comfortable.Great service from the warm greeting at the reception to the kind and caring approach from Jelena and her assistant.I can't thank and praise Dental Elements enough they're wonderful.I'd highly recommend them to anyone .

Jonathan Lee replied to my email very quickly, actually at 22:00 in the evening. I was in a lot of pain so this was much appreciated. I was seen by Jelena Kosoric who was very good. She explained the options to me in a clear way and the pros and cons of each ("try and save the tooth" or "remove it and have an implant"). I made my decision after seeing her. I actually saw two dentists beforehand so it was overkill to see a third but my surgeon recommended I see an endodontist specialist so I did. The first dentist didn't give me any information to make an informed decision, just gave me some antibiotics and told me to get it taken out. My regular dentist spent time with me and is good but didn't explain the pros and cons of trying root canal to save the tooth, simply said it wasn't worth it. Jelena gave me a better explanation which allowed me to make a more informed choice. In the end all three dentists essentially advised me towards the same option for my long-term oral health, which was to remove the tooth but it was the manner in which the information was delivered and the quality and quantity of information provided which made the difference. Some people will follow anything a professional says whereas some, like me, want to understand the options before making a decision. Thank you Jonathan, Jelena and the rest of the Endo Elements team.

You couldn’t wish for a more special team at Dental Elements and they are exceptional with nervous patients. I needed some help the other day and Jonathan literally went out of his way to come into the practice to see me. Jonathan and all the team get to know and understand you and they are all extremely caring and gentle. I would highly recommend Jonathan Lee and his team. He and his nurse Sarah are lovely people - very friendly, kind and professional. I had 3 appointments plus a check up 6 months post treatment. Never thought I would happy to see dentists 🙂 until I met doctors at the Endo Elements! I’ve had pleasure of being treated by Dr Kosoric and Dr Lee. Both have been incredibly attentive, thorough, caring and highly professional. I had a thorough examination, consultation; treatment plan was carefully explained to me and printed out, for reference. During both separate treatments every step was explained, so I knew exactly what was happening and why. I was made very comfortable. Full of empathy, willing to go above and beyond ( I had limited availability for treatment and severe pain and staff made it work).Overall, I would highly recommend Endo Elements, as have experienced their utmost care and professionalism. Only criticism would be no waiting room so if being driven the driver would have to wait in the car whilst patient is treated. Not useful if living an hour's drive away. I visited Jon Lee at Endo Elements, earlier this month, for a root canal. I was extremely nervous as I had heard lots of horror stories about this procedure. I needn’t have worried at all. I sought specialist treatment for root canal work and a crown. I was extremely nervous about getting my root canal done. I need not have been. Jonathan explained each step clearly as he went along and the procedure was not at all painful. Even afterwards there was no pain, only slight tenderness which soon passed. I particularly appreciated the follow up phone call by the practice the next day to check on me.
